Nicole's Chocolate Fondue

Beka's Chocolate Fondue
very fudgy - works in fountain or thickens for ice cream


2 TBS Honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup 1/2 & 1/2
9 oz chocolate


heat honey and half and half in saucepan; reduce heat and add chocolate.  Heat until melted stirring constantly.  Add vanilla.  Put in fondue pot or fountain.


Beka's Broth Fondue


3 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 green onions
1/2 cup burgundy wine (optional)
1 TBS garlic


Simmer on stove then pour into fondue pot


Beka's Cheese Fondue
 2 T butter
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
paprika
sliced green onions


melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, sprinkle four in melted butter and stir constantly for 2 minutes whisk milk into flour mixture and constantly stir until mixture thickens and begins to boil.  Lower heat to simmer; stir in ranch and cheese until smooth.  Pour into a fondue pot and sprinkle with paprika or onion.
